Privacy policy
How we handle personal data — short, understandable and in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). The German version is authoritative.
1. Responsible entity
Responsible for data processing in connection with this website is:
zyvon
Lettenstrasse 7
6343 Rotkreuz
Canton of Zug, Switzerland
Email: info@zyvon.ch
For any privacy-related concerns you can reach us at any time at the email address given.
2. Principles
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for operating this website and handling your enquiries. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) is authoritative. We process data sparingly, for the stated purpose only, and do not pass it on to third parties unless legally required.
3. Hosting and server log files
When this website is accessed, our hosting provider's server automatically processes technical access data (so-called server log files), such as IP address, date and time of access, page visited and browser used. This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website, is not merged with other data sources and is automatically deleted after a short time.
4. No analytics cookies, no tracking
This website does not use analytics cookies and does not use tracking or analytics services such as Google Analytics. No usage profiles are created and no data is processed for advertising purposes. For this reason we also do without a cookie banner.
5. Contact and contact form
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (for example name, email address, company and the content of your message) solely to handle and answer your enquiry. It is not passed on to third parties. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to handle the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
6. Your rights
Under the revFADP you have in particular the following rights:
- Access: You can request information on whether and which personal data we process about you.
- Rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data, provided no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
To exercise these rights, an informal message to info@zyvon.ch is sufficient. We will deal with your request within a reasonable period.
7. Changes to this privacy policy
We may adapt this privacy policy as needed, for example if the functionality of the website changes. The version published on this page applies in each case.
